Apple iPhone 18 Pro
Looking for the full Apple iPhone 18 Pro specs? This page covers everything Apple has confirmed about its 6.3-inch flagship. You will find the display, chip, cameras, battery, storage, colours and US price, plus our take on who should buy it.

The Apple iPhone 18 Pro is Apple’s 6.3-inch flagship for 2026, announced in September 2026. It runs on the new A20 Pro chip with a 6-core CPU and a 7-core GPU with Neural Accelerators, and ships with iOS 27.
The headline upgrade is the camera. The 48MP Fusion Main camera now has a variable aperture from f/1.48 to f/4.0, joined by a 48MP 4x telephoto and a 48MP ultrawide. Video goes up to 4K Dolby Vision at 120fps, with ProRes RAW and Apple Log 2 for creators.
The iPhone 18 Pro is eSIM-only, supports Wi-Fi 7 through Apple’s N1 chip, and is rated IP68. Apple quotes up to 24 hours of typical use, and fast charging reaches 50% in about 15 minutes with a 60W adapter. Prices start at $1,199 in the US for 256GB.

Design and build
The iPhone 18 Pro measures 150.0 x 71.9 x 8.75 mm and weighs 211 g. It keeps an aluminium unibody with Ceramic Shield 2 on the front. The back is also protected by Ceramic Shield. Apple rates it IP68, which means it can survive up to 6 metres of water for 30 minutes. It comes in four colours: Black, Silver, Glacier and Burgundy. The size is easy to hold in one hand. If you want a bigger screen, look at the iPhone 18 Pro Max instead.
Display
The screen is a 6.3-inch Super Retina XDR OLED panel with a resolution of 2622 x 1206 pixels. That works out to about 460 pixels per inch. ProMotion lets the refresh rate climb to 120Hz for smooth scrolling. It drops down for the Always-On display to save power. Apple quotes 1600 nits for HDR content and up to 3000 nits outdoors. In practice, that means the display stays readable in strong sunlight.
Performance and software
Inside is the new A20 Pro chip. It has a 6-core CPU with two performance cores and four efficiency cores. The 7-core GPU includes Neural Accelerators for on-device AI tasks. The phone ships with iOS 27. Storage starts at 256GB and goes all the way up to 2TB. There is no memory card slot, so choose your storage carefully. Video creators should consider at least 512GB.
Cameras
The camera system is the biggest upgrade this year. The 48MP Fusion Main camera now has a variable aperture from f/1.48 to f/4.0. A wide aperture lets in more light at night. A narrower one keeps more of the scene sharp in daylight. It is joined by a 48MP ultrawide camera and a 48MP telephoto with 4x optical zoom. Apple also promises up to 8x optical-quality zoom. Video recording reaches 4K Dolby Vision at up to 120 frames per second. Creators also get ProRes RAW, Apple Log 2 and spatial video. The 18MP front camera supports Center Stage and 4K at 60fps.
Battery and charging
Apple does not publish the battery capacity. Instead, it quotes up to 24 hours of typical use and 36 hours of video playback. With a 60W adapter, the battery reaches 50% in about 15 minutes. MagSafe and Qi2 wireless charging run at up to 25W. Want your battery to stay healthy for longer? Read our guide on whether fast charging is bad for your battery.
Connectivity
The iPhone 18 Pro uses Apple’s own N1 chip for Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 6. It supports 5G, including sub-6GHz and mmWave. There is no physical SIM tray, because the phone is dual eSIM only. If you are new to this, read what an eSIM is and how to activate it. The USB-C port supports USB 3 speeds of up to 10Gb/s. You also get NFC, dual-frequency GPS and satellite features for emergencies.
Price and availability
In the US, the iPhone 18 Pro starts at $1,199 for the 256GB model. Apple has not published an official Nigerian price. Local prices usually depend on import costs and the exchange rate. Buy from trusted sellers and learn how to check if a phone is original before you pay.
Should you buy it?
The iPhone 18 Pro is for buyers who want Apple’s best camera in a compact size. The variable aperture and 4x telephoto make it a serious tool for photos and video. If battery life matters more than size, the Pro Max lasts longer.
